Estou tendo um problema para digitalizar documentos na impressora HP LaserJet Pro M1530 MFP. Eu faço a instalação dos drivers e aplicativos dela e no momento que vou acessar o aplicativo "HP LJ M1530 Scan" ele aparece a mensagem " Não foi possivél encontrar HP LJ M1530 series Scan" e ai não conssigo acessar o aplicativo.

Eu  a utilizo em uma maquinas com o sistema operacional windowns Server 2012 r2.

A impressão está funcionando bem. Mas não consigo scannerar nada através desta máquina.

Thanks for reporting the issue.

 

For Servers, you might need to do enterprise installation. Find the server installation steps here.

Additionally,  the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service is not installed by default. For scanning to work you must install the Desktop Experience Feature. The WIA service will then be enabled by default.
