Good afternoon,

 

I can't use the scanner function in my computer because I have the operating System Windows Server 2016 and I don't get drivers for it.

 

Some solution, or some printer with drivers for this operating system?

Hi Joan,

No drivers are provided for your printer for any server operating system, only for client operating systems.

 

You may try installing the drivers for Windows 10 as example via the MSIEXEC command line and check if that works, as listed in the following IT Administrators Install Guide:

e.g. msiexec.exe /i D:\D3050x86.msi as example, the user guide include detailed information and samples for different tasks or needs
