Yikes. Yeah, the level 2 I spoke with, they send you a text, so you can do live video and they can see errors.  I had to uninstall the drivers, reinstall for them to see and then to see it work for  a few seconds and then the error.  Also firmware update to see if it was updated, what was on device manager and image scanning and all that... 

 

But they saw how bad it was when I showed them multiple computers in the office and they also know that we own business all over the state and they are all having the same problem, so it's a pretty significant issue and they had to escalate to Level 3.
