HP Envy 5530
Windows 8.1

I am scanning for the first time on the 5530 and the scanner has split an image up into several parts, rather than scanning in one image. It also seemed to be able to identify other images on the source document and scan them as individual items. Whilst this might be very useful at times, it is not what I wanted to do.

Hi,

From the HP Envy 5530 software click on Scan a Document or Photo.

Set the Scan Size as required.

Click the Advanced Settings button and uncheck the Auto-Crop option, then confirm the changes and scan again.

Please let me know of any issues,

Shlomi
