HP Recommended
Product: Photosmart 5520

Printer prints, test page shows as connected, scan won’t scan to email saying not connected. Was previously connected to my employer’s laptop which I no longer have but the scanner always scanned to my personal email (which I still have) not the employer one. Is the scanner printer trying to connect to the old laptop? If so, what do I do? Have restored to factory settings, unplugged, removed power source etc.
