Product: Officejet Pro L7680
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet L7680 won't scan.  I get an error message..  I've tried doing everything including running the HP Print Scan Doctor  Any ideas? HP snip_20170422153827.png

Hi,

Can you copy from the printer iteslt with no problems?

 

Please try using HP scan Extended instead, it will be installed under Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

 

May you able to scan using the installed application?
