Product: HP desk Jet 2132 All in One pr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have problem scanning. I click on my product (HP desk top 2130 series, then click on OPEN SCAN DIOLOG.

When I want to click Scan (on the lower portion of right hand side), I dont see SCAN button, and I am unable

to scroll further down.

Hi,
Please make sure the DPI Settings are set as normal (100%). The HP Software supports 100% DPI only

Right click the Desktop background area and select Display Settings.
Ensure that "Change the size of text, apps and other items" is set as 100%.
Next click on "Advanced display settings".
Scroll down and click on "Advanced sizing of text and other items".
Ensure the Text size is "9", Press the "set a custom scaling level" link and ensure it is set as 100%.

Apply the changes and Reboot or Re-Logon as required.
