Document feeder not allowing me to scan to text more than one document at a time.

If I put in a number of sheets it comes out bland.

I need to feed sheets one at a time in document feeder but each results in single scan. Using iMac.

Hey there! @rjsb, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that Document feeder is not allowing to scan to text more than one document at a time.

Please try the steps recommend below.

Scan a document or photo into HP Scan.
If you scanned multiple pages from the ADF, continue to the next step.
If you scanned from the scanner glass, load the next page or photo, then click Scan Next Item or Add. Repeat this step until all pages or photos are scanned, then continue to the next step.
Click Send, then click Folder.
Click Send to save a scan to a folder on the Mac
Select PDF in the Format menu.
Click the Where menu, then select a folder to save the scan to.
Select the checkbox next to Save all items to a single file.
Click Save.
To view your scan, open the folder in which you saved the scan, then double-click the file.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot scanning from Mac.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
