HP Recommended

I also need the update ASAP!  Easy Scan error - The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.imagecapture error 4294967249.)

I upgraded to Catalina and can not scan, not even through image capture. It gives the error message - scanner is in use by another application. I purchased the printer and scanner because it was wireless. I am not going to run a connection across the room to scan through image capture.

 

Please advise what to do
