I have tried numerous ways to get multiple pages to scan into a PDF document from my ADF. The Adobe Acrobat Professional X wants to scan from platten (and legal sized). I tried to do the custom scan to override that. I choose to use scanner's native interface, then when that comes up, I choose scan from ADF, choose letter sized paper, etc, and although both pages go through the scanner, only the first page shows up in my Adobe program's screen. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it, and why do you have to go through so many steps to get the programs to talk to each other properly? With my previous adobe version, previous printer combo, I didn't have to use the native interface. I could do it all from Adobe and quite frankly, it was so much easier. You didn't have to change settings each and every time you want to scan something. Please help!

I don't know about "native interface"; the Full Feature Software, once installed should provide scan functions.

The Adobe Acrobat Pro X software may not be compatible with your current Operating System -- at least not entirely compatible...

System requirements | Acrobat family of products—older versions (XI, X, 9)

If that is the case, the programs may have trouble talking to each other.

Try the following:

Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit Reader)

Both Adobe Reader DC and Foxit Reader (free version of the Foxit software) can talk to the Printer software.  In fact, Adobe Reader DC is a "must" for the printer software.

There are other / additional scan programs available for your Windows 10 setup.
