Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have read other messages about how to scan multiple pages, but have had no luck with the instructions.  I have clicked preview, made sure the dpi is set at 300 or below, but a + button never appears.

Are you using the HP Scan software?  "+" and "x" is at the bottom of the preview window.multipagescan.jpg

I had to uninstall and reinstall the printer. It is now working.  Thank you.
