Scanning multiple photos

That is the replacement all in one that I bought. It prints ok and scans documents from a sheet feeder well enough. Mine does not scan individual pictures at once.

I am having this problem too.  Went to download the new driver and for my Officejet Pro 8600 N911A   (Windows 7), the latest drivier version is 28.8.   I have always preferred HP printers, but now I am re-thinking.  This is definitely a step back that seems like should be solved by now.

HP really needs to fix this.  It is indeed a major step backwards.  I scan many pictures, and this is a royal pain.

That option may be available with some printer/scanners - but not all . . .  not those without screens like an Officejet 4500.

Which is tedius and time consuming and definitely NOT what I expected in a newer product.  Thumbs down H, very disappointed consumer.

There used to be a post letting us know of a 3rd party software that we could use with the printers to scan multiple photos at once.. it seems the moderator removed it. 

It is called ScanSpeeder.  Google it and you will find the webpage and software.  It works great.

Bull that is no solution . I was told your software identifies and separates. Either it does or doesn't. and if it doesn't Then your forum ans your techs better get their stories straight, because  answer is going to facebook
