I need to scan a document using my new printer, but I seem to have run into a slight issue.

There is no "scan" button (I don't think) and I have tried looking at the User's Manual. All it came up with was something about sing "Webscan."

I'm having trouble connecting to my internet, and I would hope that I would be able to scan without using the internet. Is there some manual way of scanning?

I have a Mac and have already gone: System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > HP DeskJet 3630 Series > Scan > Open Scanner. When I try to do this, the "Scan" button is not available for me to click.

I figured it out!  I needed to scan a document on my new HP3634 printer...

You go to HP Deskjet 3630 series icon on your desktop

> a HP Printer assist screen comes up

> select scan a document or photo

> scan screen comes up

> select the related boxes as needed

> place your document on the printer screen

> select scan

> if you have more than one doc to scan, at bottom left select icon to scan additional docs

> select save when done

Takes some thinking on your own, no instructions provided?

Have a Great day 🙂

Thanks for this - easy to follow. They should certainly include instructions with printer.
