The resolution menu is limited to 300 dpi as the highest choice. Whereas in my prior 8600 printer, the resolution had several choices higher than 300 dpi. How to obtain the higher choices? Thank you.

Hi,
From the HP Scan software change the Scan Source from Automatic Document Feeder (if loaded) to Flatbed Glass, then higher resolutions will become available as the top ADF is limited to 300 DPI.

Thank you for your quick response. Noting that also have an Officejet Pro 8600, where the highest scan resolution, in flatbed glass mode, is 4800. Whereas in my 8630, the highest is 1200 (in the same mode). How can it be increased in the 8630 for the higher resolution choices? Thank you.
