CM2320 MFP
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I can't seem to downoad the driver to allow scanning.  I keep getting an error that download failed.

 

I am using Siera 10.12.3  

 

The printer driver works fine, but I can't get the scanning to work.

 

Has anyone figured this out?  Otherwise, it's just a big printer.

Hi,

Scanning is no longer supported for your printer sinch OS X 10.7, only print and fax capabilities are offered for Sierra (10.12) as listed by below document:

You may try the 3rd party Vuescan application which seems to support your scanner on a Mac with no need of any additional drivers:
