I have a HP Deskjet 5525 printer that I bought in 2013, and I always used it via Wi-Fi. Recently my Samsung laptop was in the Samsung service company and since than my printer cannot print nor scan. Any idea?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
It could be that the laptop was reformated, Just to be sure that's the case, can you uninstall and reinstall the FULL feature software? (if it's indeed refromated, than just ignore the Uninstall part and just download and install the FULL feature software)
Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:
1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
The following resource will help you :

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:
How to Uninstall Download & Reinstall a Printer software
Hope that helps!

Sorry for making disappointment, but I could solve my problem myself. I am living in Hungary, where a telecom company is making a program called Telecom Fon that can block printing and scanning. When I disconnected it I could use the printer.
