Thank you for joining the HP Support community.  I understand that you have a 403 error on your Photosmart printers.

I have "sever connection error -403'

 

reading through the forum i have come accross that the printer can be reset again and you have provided step by step soultion , could you please provide one for me. i am desparate to use scan to email .

I just set up my new laptop for scanning, so have no idea why I'd need a "reset". Any ideas?

I tried unplugging and replugging, without success. I am happy to install the app as suggested. How is this done?
