Had changed to print in grayscale and cannot find the site to change it back to color. Have been to settings and tray and paper settings but did not find color.

Hi @410-DA

Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a wonderful place to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to find the setting to change the printing back to color.

I’d love to help!

Follow below steps to change the settings back to color.

  1. In your software application, click Print.

  2. Select your printer from the list of available printers.

  3. Click the option that opens the Printer Properties dialog box.

Depending on your software application, this button might be called Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer Properties, Printer, or Preferences.

  4. On the properties window, click the Paper/Quality or Features tab, depending on your software.

Click Advanced, here you can change it back to color.

Let me know how it goes. Awaiting your reply!
