@CiaoBella1

Hi,

as @Jeet_singh is out of the office I'm replying to you.

The HP Solution Center may or may not work with Win10. It was originally designed to work with the older versions of Windows. But I appreciate the attempts. After upgrading a computer to Windows 10, HP Solution Center cannot be found. Your printer now uses a Windows built-in driver that does not support HP Solution Center.

I believe the idea of providing the basic drivers was just to ensure that the printer starts to work again.

Keep me posted for anymore questions. All the best! 🙂

I upgraded to Win10 in January of last year.  I had SC.

When I reinstalled Win10 in July, I had SC.

Now I just get continual errors on installing the drivers.

Do you know with certainty that the SC portion of the download is what is causing the errors and preventing the the full installation?

I would say that based on your answer of, "it may not work," that you cannot say that.

You then follow up with saying that it cannot work.

Which is it?

The printer has always worked, unless I am out of ink, need to fix the roller assembly, or change my printheads, which was just the case.

Standing over it is not as convenient as directing the program from the laptop, but the printer always works.

That's why I fight so hard to keep the **bleep** thing running properly.

Why does it take so **bleep** long to get an accurate answer?

Why did I go through this ridiculous charade?

Shouldn't HP do something about this?

Did you offer me a link that tells me to check my SUBSCRIBE option?

Looking at my Notifications box right now, it IS CHECKED.

I have done that continuously, yet never get an email notice.

I do not know what the RSS feed is linked to - live Bookmarks?  Never heard of it.

Thank you.
