Product: HP deskjet 2543 All-In-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just added a new high speed dsl modem from Centurylink. I have 2 HP all in one printers (Deskjet 2543 and Officejet Pro L-7780) that were wirelessly connected to the old modem but will no way connect wirelessly to the new Model C1100Z centurylink modem. Both will connect with no problem using a USB cable. How can I fix this?

Hi,

 

Your new modem only uses 2.4GHz, that is ok for your printers. Please use the following instructions to fix:
