Product: HP 2545
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, the printer prints very slowly when sending a print from a mobile device. The request seems to go through a server when and not directly to the printer.

A complete reset As described in similar questions, did not solve the problem.

I would appreciate help.
