Smeared pages

Hi, we have a problem with CP5525, the pages are smeared if printing just colored pages, if txt, its like bold in that places, but only in some places, we tried to change all toners, fuser, transfer belt, some rollers, checked inside for moisture or dirt, nothing helps! I attach pictures, maybe somebody has seen this and know what it is???

What you have posted does not show us much. Go to the diagnostics menu and print the troubeshooting pages and read the first page to see if that helps. Also post a copy of the first page for us to see.

To be honest it looks like a high voltage issue.

Problem found, we carefully cleaned the 3mm wide long white transparent plastic thing, which cleans the trasfer belt i suppose, issue gone!

i think maybe some liquid type of lubricant, which we use for maintainance did get on thye plastic thing, so beware, litlle things can cause big trouble 🙂
