HP Recommended
Product: HP 2600n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When printing text outside the margins 2.5 cm left and right these area do smear over the whole page. A word document can be printed clean with set margins of 3 cm.

 

Using the cleaning module five times did not solve the problem.

 

Also paper jam can also not be fixed easily in the top of the machine. No access possible.

 

Is there a way to open the machine?

 

Are there shops in the NL where printers can be repaired?
