You might be able to find a disk by searching for one on the 'net. Personally, I think it better if you can resolve the download issue or perhaps get a friend to help -- it might at least be faster.
HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers
If the package won't download, cannot download, refuses to download, due to a bad Internet connection, then there is little you can do unless you can improve the connection.
Restart everything, including your router:
- Shut down computers, phones, anything on the network -- shut off the router last of all
- Boot the router after everything else has been shut down
- Wait about three minutes for the router to boot completely and for the Internet connect to be established.
- Boot the computer and log in
- If you usually run other devices on the network, leave those off
- Try the download
- Whether or not the download is successful, boot other devices / computers / printers on the network
If no joy:
If you live in an area where you can do so, take your computer to a friend's house, connect to the friend's Internet connection and try the download.
OR
Have a friend download the software for you and put the file onto a USB drive - the file is only 110MB so the file will fit on just about any little USB drive.
