Hi

 

I've installed the default Windows 10 driver but now I am trying to install the fax and scanning software using the 327MB full solution software but it is hanging during the Inspecting System phase.

 

I actually had it working at one stage because I decided to format the HDD to do a clean install of Windows 10 AE and that time I created a login using using my Microsoft account. After about 3 months I created a local admin login but that meant the printer software didn't work.

 

So now I have removed the printer software to reinstall it but it hangs.

 

Any ideas please?
