When I bought the above printer,took up offer of low cost printer inks...I had a problem with printer and returned to supplier and had a new one in replacement....The new printer has worked ok,but when I have come to replace the cartridge,this new one comes up that I have to enroll..I do not wish to...Can I reset the software to allow me to get the printer to work?...
The cartridge I am attempting to make work is a genuine HP62

Can you please answer my question....I do not want standard links that do not help...You know that when a non instant ink is put in a printer that has been entered into the campaign ,it refuses to load,although I have put in a proper No 62 manufactured by HP.....SO THE QUESTION IS AS FOLLOWS....HOW DO I GET MY PRINTER TO ACCEPT THIS CARTRIDGE ?
Please do not send me links to instant ink campaign!
Otherwise ,end of 5546 and of any HP products ok!
