Vidya, I downloaded the file from the link you sent, same as what I got from HP. The file is not a zip file, it is a .exe file. When I click on it, it executes to setup the printer. I already have installed the printer and ran the install process HP provides. I do not see the screen images that you show. I have done a search on my C drive to find any and all files with the name of solution center and none are found. Obviously I am doing something wrong. I appreciate the assistance that you are providing. Is there some data base where I might find that file. Thanks again.

Install winrar from the following file:
http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar540.exe
Right-click on the file that you download and select Extract Here. It will extract the exe file and you can find these files.

This is self extractable exe file. THe alternate way to extract is using winrar.
