Sprocket plus

I have the sprocket plus and every time I use it it prints up to 3 copies of the same photo. Has done since the 2nd time I ever used it! Only used it about 4 times in total coz each time it prints multiples it then uses up all my photo paper on the same one photo. This is getting ridiculous and Crazy expensive and don’t want to use the machine because of this.
I have reset it and it worked for the next photo but then the next one I printed it again printed it twice. Is there a way this can be stopped?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Uninstall and reinstall the App from your phone and try again.

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-sprocket-plus-printer/17345758/document/c05660842

Let me know if this helps.
