Hey there! @out53law, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand you need to know how to print passport pictures from your sprocket printer.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

I have checked the printer specifications and you cannot print passport size from the sprocket.

 

However, you can try to print from the gallery and resize and image and print one by one and check if it helps.

 

Refer the printer manual for more information.
