Hi,

 

I have an M830z that stacks copies out of order.  There is no Finisher on it.  The copies when numbered read:

2,1,4,3,6,5, etc on PDF and word Doc's since all prints are double sided by choice I am unable to use the back to front method,  not sure it would help in any case.

This "seems" to have happened recently,  the machine has been in situe 7 months,  is fairly low volume for its size.

Nothing has changed recently that might have caused this.

When the same print is sent to another similar printer,  it comes out correctly.

We do use Safecom (pullprinting) and so if the image is saved in safecom,  it realy is the same one printing.

I hope someone has had this,  and that there is a "Fix"
