Please tell me how to stop the blue box pop up that tells me I'm printing with a single cartridge everytime I print. I do not want any pop up notifications. Thanks.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer and when you print on single cartridge mode, a popup appears says that you're printing in single-cartridge mode. Let me help you here.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
- Is the popup appearing on the printer screen or the computer?
- There should be an option to press OK on that popup that should remove it.
Meanwhile, I suggest you to perform the below steps:
- Open Control panel>> Printers and Faxes>> Print Preferences>> Advanced>> search for an option to print in black only and enable it. Click OK for the changes to take place.
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted for any further help. All the best! 🙂

Hi thanks.
- Is the popup appearing on the printer screen or the computer
The blue pop up box appears at the bottom of my PC screen where the icons for programs I use frequently are
- There should be an option to press OK on that popup that should remove it
I print all day, every time I iprint I have to press the OK button for the printer to start. I want to get rid of the reminder. It appears to tell me how my ink levels are, if I'm printing in single cartridge, etc.
I have my printer settings on B&W only.
I would like to print witout ever seeing that blue pop up. I print until my ink runs out and then I replace it, don't need any reminders.
Thanks so much!

You're mist welcome and thank you for replying with the information. 🙂
I did some research and found that the message may sometimes come up until you replace the color cartridge. Ideally, if the color cartridge is replaced and then the printer is set to print in black only then the message will not appear. The printer will use the black ink only and the color will be left intact unless you want to print in color.
At this moment I suggest you to replace the color cartridge and leave the printer to print in color only. Hope this information helps.
Do let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again! 🙂
