This has happened a couple of times now, both to me (Mac 10.10.5) and to my husband (PC, Windows) when printing from the Internet and from Word... Instead of printing text, the printer prints these crazy colored lines - see photos below. They are different every time (if I tried to print the same page twice, it's a different pattern, and sometimes it will print the correct thing). Very frustrating, as it's wasting ink. Any ideas?Scan.jpeg

And another one...

@Mkono14,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues while printing from the internet.

This issue could occur if the cartridges are not aligned properly or it could be a browser issue.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Print Quality Problems

Also, try using a different browser and see if the issue persists.

If the issue still persists, then you may reset the printing system from the link: Resetting the Printing System (Mac)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
