Howdy everyone. One of my colleagues today told me of a weird problem she has been having. In firefox, the printer preferences always seems to default to landscape mode. I have changed the default to portrait in the printer settings in all the appropriate places, and it looks like it takes it.

But after restarting Firefox, trying to print a page, and looking at preferences from that dialog - it is in landscape.

Any suggestions?

My next step will be to Remove the printer and reinstall - but I'd love to have an answer as to why this happens so I can more easily resolve it in the future.

Thanks in advance!

Lucas

Hi,

In Firefox go to  the menu

File

Page Setup

Portrait

100%

Shrink to fit

Close and restart FF

That should fix it. Hope this helps
