I have a" Supply System Problem" message that appeared with the set up cartridges and won't clear. I've tried all the solutions presented on here but to no avail. I've factory reset via EWS and enabled web services on there too. Changed cartridges and the Firmware is up to date and now I'm stuck! is there anything else I can try other than sending it back. As you can see it has been used and I'm wondering if it's an ex shop display model. Any help/suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
