Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all,

My plotter used to work fine but one day when i switched it on a system error 0086-0001-0009 appeared and it didnt function. I went through service manual and downloaded the latest firmware and plugged the usb to the plotter and started firmware upgrade and during the process it stopped and appeared 

Generating package (usb_severe) 

And again the error 0086-0001-0009 appeared and the plotter stopped !! 

Please advice me what to do is it the firmware that is corrupted or there is another hardware problem and how can i check if there is a problem
