T1100 Full feature Driver For Windows 10

Is there a full feature Windows 10 driver for the no-postscript version of this plotter.  

I have the basic driver installed but the optionare very limited.  

There was a full feature Windows 7 driver but I can't seem to find that one. (or like the Postscript version)

The second file says it for the HPGL but its the same PS driver.
