Hi,

I am having this issue over 3 days now and the printer is 2 years old.

"Possible jam, printer cannot contine. Remove jammed paper, review that cartridges and printhead are correctly installed. Press ok to continue"

1. The carriage is moving properly

2. The Out Of Paper Sensor Cable is okay as well

Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?
