My new T52036" Designjet is leaving 4" unprinted rows along the middle and on one edge of the 48x36 prints.
Hi, Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.
At first print on the demo pages and check the printer head status. If that printer will printed on demo page without any problem. You just check your application.
Please confirm the application name like: PDF, word file, Excel file, Illustrator.
If you print from PDF, please goto Advance and select Print as Image.
Please print through that options.
