Product: HP Designjet T830
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older
Our T830 reports a paper jam but there is no paper anywhere in the plotter to cause this problem. The paper was cleared out thoroughly when it happened.
I found T830 paper jam replies regarding reset to factory settings, I cannot find how to do this. Can anybody advise how to do this?
