A refill cartridge has been mailed, unfortunately to a wrong address (I don't use much ink and didn't think to update my mailing address). It didn't even get mailed until I was COMPLETELY out of ink and then I still got billed for my recent pages printed, although they did not print.  Anyway, is there a REAL PERSON to talk to about a delivery gone awry? I haven't much hope that I will end up receiving it, since HP sends these through DHL instead of a conventional way, such as USPS. Thank you to anyone who may have an answer.

You can call HP Instant Ink support at the number listed in the Terms of Service here, near the top of the page just after HP's address.  See section 5.d of the terms.

[It's probably not reasonable to blame HP for your failure to keep your address current....]
