Since you have a Designjet you will get a much better response on the actual Designejet Board.

What operating system are you using ?

Designjet diagnostic test. Enter the device IP and downloaded a file from there. Advanced error codes I need to see.

 

Program link you provided does not exist. Only articles written in random available.

 

But I do not know trb file opens with what
