I have print hp officejet pro L7580.Problem The following error message is displayed on the product: Door Open: Close all doors and lids. To replace the printhead. Press and hold the ok button for 5 seconds.
Please know how to solve it where the damage and how to fix it. Do i have to replace new cartrige?
