I saw your post about the print spooler issue you are having. I have a few questions for you to better suggest some troubleshooting steps to try.

1. Which OS are you running?

2. Which printer do you have?

Help to find your printers Model Number:
How Do I Find My Model Number?

3. If you have an All-in-One, can you copy successfully?

4. Please also include all of the troubleshooting you have attempted thus far.

2. Which printer do you have?

HP LaserJet Professional M1132 MFP 

3. If you have an All-in-One, can you copy successfully?

The printer does not print in the RDP

4. Please also include all of the troubleshooting you have attempted thus far.

In these articles there is no reason why the printer does not print from the RDP. What do I do next?

Hello vvf,

I am not exactly sure why your remote print connection is not working. This is why I had offered those troubleshooting steps. They are the beginning points of diagnosing the issue.

Can you let me know the results of completing them?

Try turning the PC on before the printer.
