Hi @Gilly638,

I understand you are having scanning issues on your HP LaserJet printer. I'll be really glad to help you with this,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you able to print using Wireless?

What is the status of the Wireless light on the printer, Is it blinking or steady? If the light is blinking, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP LaserJet Pro P1102w, P1109w - Wireless Printer Setup - Click here

If you’re running Windows, I would start by checking the installed printer software by downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. This tool can diagnose and fix many printing and printer software related issues. Please use this link to help you with that information: http://hp.care/2biN2XE

Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for assistance.

The links that you provided do not work.

The problem is when setting up the printer with the laptop, the SSID is not recognized and when I manually set it it does not work or not recognized. I cannot not pass this point.

Hi @Gilly638,

Thank you for replying,

I appreciate your time and efforts,

As I understand you tried to follow the steps suggested and still having the issue, don't worry, though, as I have a few other steps which should help to resolve this issue,

Let's try to follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP Printers - Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup (Windows) - Click here

Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
