PSC 1350 All in one printer
Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion

I am seeking just a simple answer to this.

My 1350 all in one (an old model by the way) has suddenly grayed out the "scan" button.

It shows me the overview of the scan but it will not scan.

I have used this computer and this printer together for many years.

this is not a bluetooth, just a regular connection.

Frustrating.

Hi,

Eiher select an area over the scan preview with the mouse or uncheck the Custom Size option and select the required scan size, then you will be provided with the option to complete the scan.
