Hello @JEROMEBUYS72,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you are getting an error message on your Windows 10 Computer regarding your HP Officejet 4620.

Have you recently tried to uninstall the HP Software?

I would first like you to run the HP Print and Scan Doctor > www.hp.com/go/tools- It was designed by HP to provide users with the troubleshooting and problem solving features needed to resolve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan products connected to Windows-based computers.

What does the PSDR find, any changes?

If you are still seeing the error, please continue with the steps listed below:

For Windows 10 issue RunDLL error (HPStatusBL.dll) check this location: (Activate hidden files and folders beforehand)

C:\Users\(YOUR USER NAME)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

(Maybe depending on who installed the software, check other users if you can't find it in your profile)

Delete the shortcut that HP does not clean up decently during uninstall:

Monitor Ink Alerts - HP xxxxxxxxxx -Source

I hope this helps!

Let me know the outcome. If this resolves the issue please let others know by marking this post as "Accept as Solution".  To simply say thanks, click the "Thumbs up" below!  🙂  If you require further assistance let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help.
