My new hp printer's wifi light keeps blinking and doesn't print.  I've tried turning it on and off

Blinking means "not connected".

If you have not done so, Download and Install the Full Feature Software:

LJM101-M106_UWL_LJUWL_Full_WebPack_1095.exe

(110.9 MB)

 

After the software installation is complete, Restart the computer and log in.
