Hello I have the same problem : There was a problem finalizing your subscription.

I have met the same problem. I have tried for three days but the same notification "There was a problem finalizing your subscription." pops out all the time. How can I solve this?

I'm having the same issue too, the HP Smart  app seems to be buggy and generally not very good - took me multiple attempts today to set up my new printer to be able to print.  Couldn't do it through the iOS app in the end and had to do it on my windows laptop.

 

Same error as everyone else on the SmartInk sub - There was a problem finalizing your subscription.
