I know this is an advanced issue which doesn't have enough explaination in Google search.
I find a lot of LLMNR activities related with HP printer broadcast on my WireShark record. It looks like that my Windows 10 home edition doesn't give client the method to disable LLMNR, a similar DNS name resolution. The other Windows OS products can go through Local Group Policy (gpedit.msc) to disable clientdns and make LLMNR be diabled. I don't plan to download the LGP app to fix this problem because I don't trust unfamiliar app and it takes time to test the new app security status.
I went to the other direction on HP printer security setting at the graphic printer web page of my ipv4 address to see whether I can fix this LLMNR issue from setting here. I changed my printer IPv4 address from auto to manual and disabled the printer IPv6. The record on my WireShark indicated that all the LLMNR connection were through IPv6. I kept my router to have IPv6 function for the other device usage. But all the changes don't work for the issue of too many LLMNR in my small network.
Basically my printing is healthy. I can print without any problem after all the settings change. All the data on my Manager Task is excelent. That means basically the hackers haven't enter into my system. The recnet news reported that there will be at least 50% computers get infected this year. However I am just practicing my home network security and desire a more standard configuration and result for my learning.
Hopefully I won't get the answer that I need install LGP.

I think I solve my problem.
I also changed my HP printer's host name but didn't simotaniously change this information at my router. So all my changes on HP printer didn't work out. After I updated my printer information on my router, the LLMRN information came to less than the TLS which was a secure protocal on my WireShark, just a few in a one minute intervel.
There are a lot of challenges in Info security,
