Envy 120e all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My touchscreen on my HP Envy 120e is no longer working.  It lights up when printing, but then immediately goes dark again.  The ? symbol is lit up; if I touch that, the home symbol lights up, but upon touching that, it just toggles back to the ? and in neither case does the screen light up.  I have installed HP Support Assistant, and run "updates" and the problem stil exists.

Greetings @Katherinemellis,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that the touchscreen on your printer is not working. Glad to assist you.

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Are you able to print from your computer?

Recommend you update the firmware on your printer by downloading it from www.hp.com/drivers

Please have the printer connected to your computer using a USB cable.

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options available.

Let me know how it goes.
